Jaimie & Gianna, Executive Coaches and Everything DiSC Authorized Partners

Jaimie & Gianna found their passion in coaching during Graduate School in 2016. They achieved their Bachelor of Science degrees at Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis and achieved their Master of Arts degrees in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. They have then started their business, J&G LEAD Strategy, LLC in 2019.  Striving to provide executive coaching to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders within the business world.  In 2021, they obtained their certification as Everything DiSC Authorized Partners.
